MARY E. HAGER

Mary E. Hager, 82, Brandenburg, formerly of Radcliff, died Nov. 27, 2005, at North Hardin Health and Rehabilitation Center, Radcliff.

She was a member of Stithton Baptist Church, and was the owner of Jack and Jill Daycare and Preschool for 43 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Hager; her parents, Jesse and America Wood; three brothers, Bobby Wood, Joseph Wood and Eugene Wood; and a grandson, Michael Wayne Hager.

Mrs. Hager is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Bea Hager, Elizabethtown; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jan and Matt Powell, Brandenburg, and Joy and Randy Cook, Lakewood, Wash.; a sister, Bettye Foy, Indianapolis, Ind.; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Nov. 29 from Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home, Radcliff, with Rev. Gene B. Waggoner officiating. Burial was in North Hardin Memorial Gardens, Radcliff.
