JACQUELYN H. ELLIS Jacquelyn H. Ellis, 70, Vine Grove, died at her home. She was the former Jacquelyn Hodges, a native of San Antonio, Texas, and a retired employee of the federal civil service at Fort Knox. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kirby Hodges and Vivian Hodges Stinson; a brother, John Kirby Hodges; and a sister, Judy Kidd. Mrs. Ellis is survived by a son, John R. (Jane) Ellis III; two sisters, Jody Guerra and Jan Hodges; a brother, David Hodges; and a granddaughter, Lauren Michelle Ellis. A memorial service will be held Dec. 7 at 11 a.m. from McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home, 111 N. Bardstown Road, Mt. Washington. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Dec. 6 and after 10 a.m. Dec. 7.
