HUBERT WADE TAYLOR Hubert Wade Taylor, 90, died Dec. 12, 2005, at Heritage Manor, Normal, Ill. He was born June 11, 1915, in Griffin, Ind., the son of Lawrence W. and Essie Beck Taylor. He was an Army veteran of World War II and served in the Pacific Theater. He was an active member of the Ruel Neal American Legion Post 79. He worked at Eureka-Williams and then started T&P Sheetmetal Co. He worked as a conservation officer in McLean County for more than 20 years before retiring. He was preceded in death by his wife, Florence T. Hardesty Taylor. (formerly of Irvington). Mr. Taylor is survived by a daughter, Donna (Jim) Millner, Tavares, Fla.; and two sons, Thomas (Sandy) Taylor, Richmond, Texas, and Doug Taylor, Normal, Ill.; a sister, Pauline Vance; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Dec. 17 from Calbert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home. Burial was in East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington.
