THELMA WILKINS OAKES KISER Thelma Wilkins Oakes Kiser, 79, Louisville, formerly of Brandenburg, died on Dec. 15, 2005, at Norton’s Audubon Hospital. She was a retired waitress and a member of Rock Haven Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her eldest daughter, Linda Bullard; and her husband, Curtis Kiser. Mrs. Kiser is survived by two sons, Danny Oakes and Matthew Oakes; six daughters, Barbara Rollings, Karen Morales, Donna Wood, Debbie Albritton, Anita Wick and Evelyn Fackler; a brother, Lester Wilkins; three sisters, Betty Davis, Alberta Philpott and Alvina Cooksey; 18 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Dec. 20 from Hardy Valley Chapel. Burial was in Bethany Cemetery.
