ALBERT GENE COX Albert Gene Cox, 69, Guston, died Dec. 30, 2005. He was born Aug. 9, 1936, in Guston, the son of Christine Meyers and Alton “Toad” Cox. He was a faithful member of Ekron Baptist Church and was retired from Olin Chemical Doe Run Plant. Mr. Cox is survived by his wife, Wallace Ann (Richardson) Cox; a daughter, Becky (Bob) Brewer, Loveland, Ohio; two sons, Tracy (Terrie) Cox, Louisville, and Kerry (Ginny) Cox, Brandenburg; a sister, Ann (Joe) Snyder, Brandenburg Station; two brothers, Kenny (Rose) Cox, Guston, and Mitch (Peggy) Cox, Brandenburg; and five grandchildren, Chad Cox, Joseph Cox, Lauren Cox, Blake Cox and Sarahbeth Cox. Funeral services will be held from Ekron Baptist Church Jan. 1, 2006, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Charles Blanc officiating. Burial will be at Richardson Cemetery.
