THELMA ROSE VIRGO Thelma Rose Virgo, 81, Muldraugh, died Aug. 24, 2005, at North Hardin Health & Rehabilitation Center, Radcliff. She was born May 2, 1924, in Rock Haven, the daughter of Joseph Casper Hawkins and Lula Melvina Riggs Hawkins. She was a member of the Muldraugh Baptist Church and a former member of Muldraugh Women’s Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Walter Virgo. Mrs. Virgo is survived by four daughters, Crystal Stewart, Nicholasville, Alice Parsons, Belmont, Maine., Frances Burnett, Radcliff, and Peggy Brenner, Annapolis, Md.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Aug. 27 from the chapel of Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Allen officiating. Burial was in Cap Anderson Cemetery.
