LAWRENCE “LARRY” JOHN MEHAL Lawrence “Larry” John Mehal, 60, Guston, died Aug. 30, 2005, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville. He was retired from the U.S. Army, a member of the Brandenburg Moose Lodge No. 1177 and a member of Mensa. Mr. Mehal is survived by his wife, Nancy Mehal, New Jersey; his parents, Lawrence and Penelope Mehal, Ulysse, Pa.; and a sister, Fleur Mehal, Farmingham, Mass. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 18, from the home of Edward L. Whelan in Big Spring. Coffey & Chism Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
