AGNES LOUISE PAYNE Agnes Louise Payne, 77, Vine Grove, died Sept. 12, 2005, at the Village of Lebanon, Lebanon. She was preceded in death by two husbands, William B. Macy Jr. and Lamar Payne. Mrs. Payne is survived by a daughter, Jo Ann Macy, Raywick, and a brother, Earl Lewis Miller, Middletown, R.I. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 14 from St. Brigid Cemetery, Vine Grove, directed by Coffey & Chism Funeral Home.
