THOMAS KIMBRELL Thomas Kimbrell, 86, Radcliff, died Sept. 11, 2005, at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown. MSG Kimbrell retired from the United States Army serving in World War II. He also worked for Shively Gulf Service for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mildred Kenzie. Mr. Kimbrell is survived by his wife, Laverna Kimbrell; two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas E. and Sharon Kimbrell, Dallas, Texas, and Stanley Curtis and Lisa Kimbrell, Rineyville; five grandchildren, Matt, James and Ben Kimbrell, Stephanie Kimbrell-Powell and Kate McKinney; and three great-grandchildren, Matthew, Jimmy and McKenzie Kimbrell. A graveside service was held Sept. 14, directed by Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home, Radcliff.
