PAULINE FERGUSON MANN Pauline Ferguson Mann, 90, Irvington, formerly of Columbia, died Sept. 23, 2005, at her home. She was the daughter of the late James Les and Dillie Bottoms Ferguson, Adair County. She was a member of the Columbia Baptist Church, a retired school teacher who taught school at Knifley Grade Center and Lake Cumberland Head Start in Columbia. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nanette Bridges. Mrs. Mann is survived by her husband, W.O. “Candy” Mann, Irvington; two sons, Wendell Mann, Irvington, and David Mann, Elizabethtown; a daughter, Sharon Smith, Irvington; two grandchildren, Todd Curts and Leslie Mann; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services were held Sept. 24 from Dunbar Hill Cemetery, Knifley, with Rev. Lewis Haynes officiating. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Pallbearers were Scotty Ferguson, Buck Giles, Junior B. Spires, Ebb Arnold, Arnold Mayse and Bruce Wilson.
