Daniel Elroy Counterman, 45, Battletown, died Nov. 26, 2006, at Harrison County Hospital, Corydon, Ind.

Mr. Counterman is survived by his wife, Charlene Counterman, West Lafayette, Ind.; a son, Danny Counterman, Lanesville, Ind.; a sister, Corlis Counterman, Bakersfield, Calif.; a brother, Dana Counterman, Daytona Beach, Fla.; an aunt, Wanda Mehler, Battletown; and an uncle, Ray Counterman, Battletown.

Memorial services will be held Dec. 2 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Hager Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Dec. 2.
