JANICE MARILYN JUSTIS

Janice Marilyn Justis, 61, Battletown, died Feb. 21, 2006, at her residence. She was born Feb. 24, 1944, the daughter of Thad and Capitola Bassett Berryman.

She was a member of the ladies auxiliary of the VFW and a Kentucky Colonel.

Mrs. Justis is survived by her husband, Glendle Justis; seven children, Mike (Michelle) Justis, Elizabethtown, Vivian (Mike) Cummings, Haubstadt, Ind., Willis (Trudy) Justis, Evansville, Ind., Tami (Rick) Wilkins and Shelly (Eddie) LaTondress, all of Brandenburg, Glen (Kathy) Justis, Vine Grove, and Kevin (Tiffany) Justis, Gelena, Kan.; two sisters, Kay Hale, Hardinsburg, and Juanita Greenwell, Rhodelia; 20 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Feb. 24 from St. Mary Magdalen of Pazzi Catholic Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery directed by Hager Funeral Home.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. on Feb. 22, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. on Feb. 23 and after 9 a.m. on Feb. 24. Vigil services will be held at 4 p.m. on Feb. 23 from the chapel of the funeral home.
