EMMA PAULINE ‘POLLY’ WATTS Emma Pauline “Polly” Watts, 79, Louisville, died April 23, 2007, after a lengthy illness. She was born July 19, 1927, in Shelbyville, the daughter of Mary (Bohannon) and John Moffett. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John B. Watts; two sisters, Margaret Strange and Kitty Kingsolver; and four brothers, Boots Moffett, J.C. Moffett, Ray Moffett and Bill Moffett. Mrs. Watts is survived by a son, Gary Philip (Gaye) Chapman, Brandenburg; three daughters, Janet (Danny) McHatton-Duke, Deborah Harrison and Penny Perguson, all of Louisville; a brother, Stanley (Dorothy) Moffett, Shelbyville; six grandchildren, John Scott (Dani) McHatton, Prospect, Christy (John) Corbin, Radcliff, Todd Perguson, Gabe (Jennifer) Chapman, both of Brandenburg, Ashley Perguson, Louisville, and Gabrey (Jay) Eaton, Big Spring; and 11 great-grandchildren, Jeff, Kaitlyn, Shain and Codi McHatton, Brooke, Victoria, Zach and Jessica Elmore, Lexie and Piper Perguson and Callie Jean Chapman. Funeral services will be held April 26 at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Avenue, with Rev. Mike Duke officiating. Graveside services will follow at noon from Garnettsville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be the grandchildren.
