Allan Ray Harms, 55, Radcliff, died May 23, 2007, at Jewish Hospital, Louisville. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a veteran of Desert Storm. He was a member of American Legion Post #113. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Amber Harms; his parents, Raymond and Dena Harms; and a brother, Arnold Harms. Mr. Harms is survived by three children, Chad (Doni) Harms, Jason Harms and Brittany Harms, all of Iowa; two stepchildren, Derik Thompson and Dawn (Rahsaan), both of Kentucky; seven grandchildren; three brothers; and three sisters. A memorial service with military honors was held May 25 from the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove. Cremation was chosen by the family.
