Nancy Ellen Haynes, 74, Bowling Green, died July 9, 2007, at The Medical Center, Bowling Green. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Augustus Cook and Helen Kenyon Milliken Cook. The Warren County native was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, a former nurse at the City-County Hospital in Bowling Green, and a U.S. Army veteran. Mrs. Haynes is survived by her husband, Lawrence Haynes, Bowling Green; two daughters, Sandra (Ronald) Lapierre, Comer, Ga., and Patricia Bramblett, Marietta, Ga.; two stepsons, Mark Haynes, Elizabethtown, and Jeff Haynes, Brandenburg; six grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held July 12 at 10 a.m. from Christ Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery #1, directed by Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home, Bowling Green. Friends may call at the funeral home July 11, 4-8 p.m.
