BETTY JO ARVA Betty Jo Arva, 40, Cincinnati, Ohio, died Jan. 13, 2007, at University of Cincinnati Hospital. She was preceded in death by her father, Conrad G. Arva Jr. Ms. Arva is survived by her mother, Annette Kegley Arva, Radcliff; a brother and sister-in-law, Garry Lynn and Giya Arva, Clarksville, Tenn.; a sister, Debby Sue Arva, Kingman, Ariz.; and a nephew, Terry Lynn Arva.
