BEULAH DEAN KASTELHUN JOHNSON Beulah Dean Kastelhun Johnson, 74, Louisville, died Aug. 16, 2007, at Parkway Medical Center. She was a native of Henderson, the former Beulah D. Elliott. Mrs. Johnson is survived by two sons, Wayne (Doris) Kastelhun and Mike Kastelhun; a daughter, Debbie Lee, Meade County; a sister, Emily Eloise Warren; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and her former husband and lifelong friend, Leroy Kastelhun. Cremation was chosen. J.E. Ratterman & Son, Louisville, handled the arrangements.
