Vernon “Robby” Robinson, 78, Ekron, formerly of Louisville, died Aug. 20, 2007, at his home. He was born July 19, 1929, in Honolulu, Hawaii, and came to Kentucky after serving in the Korean War. Mr. Robinson is survived by three sons, James (Kathee) Robinson, Larry (Anita) Robinson and Jacob Robinson; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Aug. 23 at noon from Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, directed by Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home.
