William L. “Bill” Haynes, 59, Vine Grove, died Aug. 23, 2007, at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown. He was born Sept. 15, 1947, the son of James William and Luna Helen Wright Haynes. He was an Air Force veteran of Vietnam and a truck driver. Mr. Haynes is survived by two children, Tiffaney Haynes, Elizabethtown, and Bryan Haynes, Goodlettsville, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Leslie Haynes and Dixie Haynes; his longtime companion, Sherri Waddell, Vine Grove; and two stepchildren, Donnie and Jacob Rosser. Funeral services will be held Aug. 28 at 11:30 a.m. from the chapel of Hager Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Radcliff, with military honors.
