DEAN B. MARTIN Dean B. Martin, 84, Louisville, died Sept. 14, 2007, at her residence. She was born in Butler County, the daughter of the late Hershel Belcher and Florence Appling Belcher. She was retired from General Electric and was a member of Sandy Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Martin. Mrs. Martin is survived by a daughter, Darlene Hester, Louisville; two sons, Jerry (Jeanette) Martin, Irvington, and Larry Martin, Brandenburg; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Paul (Jolene) Belcher, Owensboro; two sisters, Joyce (Paul) Garrison, Milwaukee, Wisc., and Ina (Joe) Brockman, Louisville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Sept. 18 at 11 a.m. from the Jones Funeral Chapel, Morgantown. Burial will be in Sandy Creek Cemetery.
