LAURA FOOTE LAW

Laura Foote Law, 58, Casper, Wyo., died Sept. 22, 2007, at Casper Medical Center. She was born Sept. 12, 1949, in Louisville.

She was an administrative assistant at Natrona County High School and was active with school and civic functions including the Casper Geo Wives, the area gourmet club, the Casper Federal Credit Union and the First United Methodist Church. She was a frequent volunteer for activities at local and state high school events, ranging from chaperoning prom to selling tickets to basketball games.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Scott and Gerard Moore Foote.

Mrs. Law is survived by her husband, David; two children, Sarah Elizabeth, Denver, and William Michael, Ithaca, N.Y.; three brothers, Edwin Foote, Louisville, Phillip Footee, Crestwood, and Jim Foote, Irvington; a sister, Sue Alexander, Henderson; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends across the country.

Funeral services were held Sept. 27, at the First United Methodist Church. A reception was held by the family at the Natrona County High School library following the service.
