PATRICIA ANN NIX SHOULDERS Patricia Ann Nix Shoulders, 78, Brandenburg, died Sept. 21, 2007, at Jewish Hospital, Louisville. She was treasurer of the Order of the Eastern Star, Brandenburg, and a member of New Brandenburg Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George C. Shoulders; a son, Ricky Drane; and a daughter-in-law, Margie Drane. Mrs. Shoulders is survived by five children, Brenda (Arthur) Smith and Greg (Trina) Shoulders, all of Brandenburg, Donnie Drane, Chaplain, Darrell (Jolene) Drane, McDaniels, and Gary (Sheila) Drane, Vertrees; a stepson, Mike (Susie) Shoulders, Brandenburg; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 6, from the New Brandenburg Baptist Church, with Rev. Tom Bridge officiating. Friends may call at the church after 10:30 a.m. Oct. 6. Hager Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to New Brandenburg Baptist Church building fund.
