LOUISE VALENTOUR PETERS Louise Valentour Peters, 84, formerly of Brandenburg, died Nov. 1, 2007, at Westminster Health Care Center in Clarksville, Ind. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Delbert P. Valentour and Alva Peters; her parents, George W. and Myrtle Kellems Hockman; a sister, Viola Powell; brothers, Johnny Hockman, James Hockman, Andrew Hockman, Melvin Hockman and Oakley Hockman. Mrs. Peters is survived by two daughters Rebecca (Tom) Earls, Clarksville, Ind., and Deborah (Mike) Valentour-Huff, English, Ind.; three sisters, Ava Hockman and Marcella (Van) Heavrin, both of Brandenburg, and Ina Wise, Elizabethtown. Funeral services will be held Nov. 2 at 7:30 p.m. from the chapel of Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Nov. 3 at 11:30 a.m. from Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, Ind.
