E. CHARLES ROLWING JR. E. Charles Rolwing Jr., 72, Brandenburg, died May 20, 2008, at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown. He was born Oct. 3, 1935, the son of E. Charles Sr. and Mary Heggie Rolwing. He was director of the craft shop at Fort Knox for 22 years and owned Excell Printing in Radcliff for 21 years. Mr. Rolwing is survived by his wife, Frances Rolwing; six children, E. Charles (Annie) Rolwing III, Chicago, Ill., Julie Rolwing, Lisa Whidden, Bradley Rolwing, all of Louisville, Chelsie (Jon) Mansell, Radcliff, and Julie (Bill) Blume, Evansville, Ind.; a sister, Mary Jean Bevill, Cary, N.C.; a brother, John (Joyce) Rolwing, Evans, Ga.; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services were held May 23 from the chapel of Hager Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph Lyon officiating. Burial was in St. George Cemetery.
