SOPHIA ELEANOR ZEDALIS

Sophia Eleanor Zedalis, 87, Vine Grove, died July 21, 2008, at Highland Hospital in Rochester, N.Y.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph S. Zedalis.

Mrs. Zedalis is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph (Jackie) Zedalis Jr., Louisville, Dr. Donald (Mary) Zedalis, Blacksburg, Va., and Ronald (Debbie) Zedalis, Mililani, Hawaii; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Frank Churnetski, Vine Grove.

Funeral services were held July 26 from the chapel of Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home, Vine Grove, with Rev. Daniel Lincoln officiating. Burial was in the North Hardin Memorial Gardens, Radcliff.
