Elsworth Fred Joe “Doc” Juse, 82, Vine Grove, died Nov. 12, 2008, at Woodland Terrace Nursing Facility, Elizabethtown. He had served in the Navy and was retired from the United States Army. He was also a veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Juse and Clara Zuleger Juse; three brothers, Kenneth Juse, Willard Juse and Donald Juse; and a sister, Ramona Zachoff. Mr. Juse is survived by his wife, Juanita Juse, and a son, William Bruce Juse, both of Vine Grove. Funeral services were held Nov. 15 from the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, with Bishop Anthony Osborne officiating. Burial was in the Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
