Patricia Ann Clark, 54, Vine Grove, died Aug. 12, 2010, at the University of Louisville Hospital.

Mrs. Clark is survived by a daughter, Robyn Tharp and her husband Jerry Lockhart; two sisters, Jocarol Moore and Carrie Southard, both of Louisville; two brothers, Chuck Hackett, Owensboro, and Billy Tharp, Louisville; two granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen by the family.
