KENNETH ‘COL. KENNY’ HAYNES

Kenneth “Col. Kenny” Haynes, 62, Brandenburg, died Jan., 25, 2010, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville. He was a Meade County High School graduate of the Class of 1966, a Kentucky Colonel and loved music, sending birthday cards and talking on the phone.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ed Haynes, and a sister, Betty Davidson.

Mr. Haynes is survived by his mother, Margaret Lucille Haynes, Brandenburg; two brothers, Jim Haynes, John Haynes, Brandenburg; two sisters, Wanda French, Louisville, and Anna Meyer, Knoxville, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Jan. 28, from the chapel of Hager Funeral Home. Burial was in New Highland Cemetery.
