TROY STANFORD JENKINS

Troy Stanford Jenkins, 28, Brandenburg, died Jan. 24, 2010, at his residence.

He was NICET certified, a member of the Meade County General Baptist Church, and an avid hunter and fisherman with a great sense of humor.

Mr. Jenkins is survived by his loving wife, Dawn Jenkins, Brandenburg; his parents, Harley and Terry Jenkins, Brandenburg; a daughter, Taylor Ann Jenkins; a brother, Tommy (Trish) Jenkins, Brandenburg; two sisters, Shannon (Andy) Brooks, Elizabethtown, Sandy Goddard (Joe) Takitch, Brandenburg; his mother and father-in-law, Bic and Debbie Marr, Brandenburg; a brother-in-law, Airman 2nd Class Jeffrey Marr, Camp Atterbury, Ind.; a sister-in-law, Christy (Tommy) Chism, Wolf Creek; five nephews; three nieces; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Jan. 29, from the Meade County General Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cap Anderson Cemetery.

Friends and family may call at Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg, from noon to 9 p.m. on Jan. 27 and

Jan. 28 and at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Jan. 29.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Taylor Jenkins Education Fund.
