JAMES RUFUS DEW SR.

James Rufus Dew Sr., 65, Brandenburg, died May 30, 2010, in Vine Grove.

He was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).

Mr. Dew is survived by two children, Leslie (Roger) Tomlinson, Jacksonville, Fla., and James Dew Jr., Louisville; two brothers, Ronnie Dew and Tommy Dew, both of California; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held June 2, from the chapel of Hager Funeral Home, with the Rev. Randy Johnson officiating. Burial was at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff at a later date.
