DOROTHY LOUISE GREER HARDESTY

Dorothy Louise Greer Hardesty, 79, Payneville, died Aug. 12, 2010, at Norton Hospital Downtown in Louisville.

Mrs. Hardesty is survived by her husband, Bernard Lee Hardesty, Payneville; six children, Mary Jean (Jerry) Sipes, Flaherty, Beverly (Bobby) Mattingly, Judy (Jimmy) Padgett, Gary (Tonya) Hardesty, Larry (Sherry) Hardesty, and Terry (Pat) Hardesty, all of Payneville; a sister, Kathleen Caple, Louisville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Aug. 16, from St. Theresa Catholic Church in Rhodelia.

Burial was in the church cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
