DEAN ALLEN KIRCHHOFER

Dean Allen Kirchhofer, 49, Rineyville, died Aug. 10, 2010, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.

He was owner of E-Town Pawn and Gun and had previously served in the U.S. Army. His memberships included the American Bass Anglers Association, National Rifle Association and the Rocky Mountain Elk Federation.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Kirchhofer; and an aunt and uncle, Ruth and Frank Bantley.

Mr. Kirchhofer is survived by his wife, Donna Kirchhofer, Rineyville; a daughter and son-in-law, Melissa (Johnny) Clark, Hodgenville; a sister, Janet Caffee, Indianapolis, Ind.; a brother, David Fowler, Rineyville; and a granddaughter.

Funeral services were held Aug. 14, from the chapel of Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff, with Bro. James Clark, of New Salem Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was in the Rineyville Baptist Church Cemetery.
