The defense of former Muldraugh police officer, Scottie Bennett, filed a
motion to dismiss the 2011 sexual abuse charges against him. Judge
Robert Miller heard the motion Sept. 16, which centered around the
wording of Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 510.10.
