Teenage practitioners were sworn in Sept. 25 for Meade County’s first-ever “teen court.”
The
program was introduced by District Court Judge Shan Embry. It allows
teen court members to prosecute, defend, perform jury duty, and judge
peers who have committed lesser crimes.
