It’s that time of year again! It’s time to get geared up for the annual Christmas by the River festivities.
Opening day is Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, and despite the major decline in sponsorship, the City of Brandenburg has been working hard to ensure the shortened festival on the Ohio is a success.
