A judge’s order and the agreement of all involved parties smoothed the way for one binding election at the Meade County Senior Citizen’s Center Nov. 13. Prior to the decision, two elections had been scheduled for two factions of board members, who were also involved in a lawsuit over the legality of procedural differences.
