MICHAEL C. THOMPSON Michael C. Thompson has joined the United States Army under the delayed entry program. The program gives young men and women the opportunity to delay entering active duty for up to one year. Thompson, a 2006 graduate of Frederick Fraize High School, Cloverport, will report to Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C., for active duty on Jan. 25, 2007. He is the son of Tina N.
