Meade County residents graduate from WKCTC PADUCAH – West Kentucky Community and Technical College recently honored 1,454 candidates for graduation at the 2007 commencement exercises. The college has seen a 10 percent increase in the number of candidates for degrees, diplomas and certificates this year. The ceremony featured student speakers Tony Nichols, Marion, and Angela Blagg Hatton, Paducah. Both Nichols and Hatton are members of the 2007 KCTCS All-Academic Team.
