Arrested Man Chews off Fingertips to Conceal Identity
On July 25, Officer Brandon Casey responded to Otter Creek Campgrounds in reference to an altercation. Upon arriving at the scene, Casey was advised by Jessica Faza that her father had allegedly assaulted her.
