PINS Celebrates Over 10,000 Spay and Neuters

The Pets in Need Society (PINS)  is a local nonprofit organization that works with local, state, and national programs to prevent animal cruelty, provide humane education, and promote spaying and neutering to reduce pet overpopulation. The organization was formed in January of 2000, and has over time gained more volunteers and improved pets lives.
