Local Man Revisits Site Where He Survived the 1974 Tornado

The property that formerly housed the Dowden’s Dairy Store prior to the 1974 tornado has recently undergone bulldozing, making way for the business of Bridgette Brown’s Chiropractic business.  The only thing remaining from the Dairy Store is the old rusty bottle washer, which originally weighed in at 4,000 pounds.
