KYMBA-LT Creates New Mountain Biking Trail in Buttermilk Falls

A new trail is in the making at Buttermilk Falls and is nearly complete! The trail is an advanced, challenging pathway for mountain bikers, hikers, or people who want to jog and try something new. It’s located near Emerett Falls and was brought about by Kentucky Mountain Bike Association Lincoln Trail (KYMBA-LT) chapter members Eric Schweighauser, Barbara and Dave West, and some volunteers. The three mountain biking enthusiasts started on the trail in the fall of 2016 and, though it is not finished, it can still be used.
