There are two separate entities that are tasked with attracting businesses to Meade County. The first is the Meade County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism. Their goal is to boost existing local businesses and attract new retail developments. The second is the Meade County/Brandenburg Industrial Development Authority. Most of the incentives we will discuss in the article will revolve around attracting large scale or industrial businesses to the area.
