Thomas Albert Williams, 57, Radcliff, died Nov. 15, 2009, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville.

Mr. Williams is survived by a son, Jeffrey Williams, Washington; his father, Albert Williams, Germany; mother, Doris Averett, Radcliff; a brother, Wayne Williams, Sackets Harbor, N.Y.; a sister, Brenda Williams, Radcliff; a niece, Chelsea Williams, Elizabethtown; and his fiancé, Pam Benton, Vine Grove.

The committal service will be held at 1 p.m. March 10, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff.

Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home handled arrangements.
