GRADY W. CHANDLER
Grady W. Chandler, 82, Brandenburg, died March 25, 2010, in Louisville. He was born June 15, 1927, in Trenton, the son of the late L.I. and Mary Fletcher Chandler.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, a member of the Brandenburg United Methodist Church, American Legion Post #162 and a member of Harrison Masonic Lodge #122 F.&A.M.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Glore; a son, Dean M. Chandler Sr.; and a sister, Kate Evelyn Patterson.
Mr. Chandler is survived by his wife, Maurine L. Chandler; a daughter, Gena Young of Virginia; a brother, James B. Chandler of Florida; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held March 30 from the Brandenburg United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at a later date at Eastlawn Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by the Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home in Brandenburg.
