James ‘Jimmy’ Thomas Herron

James “Jimmy” Thomas Herron, 66, Louisville, died March 23, 2010, at St. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville. He was born May 22, 1943, in Louisville, to the late Buck and Lettie Mae Cole Herron.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Marie Johnson; a brother, Joseph Herron; and two nieces, Karen Sanders and Kim Kuhlman.

Mr. Herron is survived by a niece, Sharon Yeno; three nephews, Eric (Jackie) Bolin, Kyle (Kathy) Bolin and Kevin (Lorena) Bolin; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services were held at the Full Gospel Church of God in Ekron. Burial was in the church cemetery. Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home handled the arrangements.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home for the family.
