JOSEPH EDWARD FOOR

Joseph Edward Foor, 84, Brandenburg, died April 7, 2010, at his residence.

He was an Army veteran of World War II, a retired mechanic from civil service and a former Brandenburg city police officer.

Mr. Foor is survived by his wife of 64 years, Virginia Foor, Brandenburg; two children, Edward (Elaine) Foor, Louisville, and Barbara Hardesty, Brandenburg; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on April 10, from the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dr. Billy D. Marcum officiating. Burial was in Cap Anderson Cemetery, with military honors.
