NICK D. ASHLEY

Nick D. Ashley, 30, Brandenburg, died April 24, 2010, at the University of Louisville Hospital.

He was a member of the UAW Local #2289 in Corydon, Ind.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Nancy Decker, and his great-grandmother, Ethel Wardrip.

Mr. Ashley is survived by his wife, Sarah Ashley; two children, Devin and Justin Ashley; his parents, Donald and Wendy Ashley, Brandenburg; a brother, Travis (Deana) Decker, Brandenburg; grandparents, Edward and Louise Ashley, Elizabeth, Ind., and William Decker, Leitchfield; and his great-grandfather, Howard Wardrip, Brandenburg.

Funeral services were held April 27, from the chapel of Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home in Brandenburg. Burial was in Wortham Cemetery near Leitchfield.
