DONALD C. ATCHER

Donald C. Atcher, 77, Hodgenville, died May 23, 2010, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
He was a graduate of Vine Grove High School. He coached Little League baseball in Radcliff and was a member of the Lions Club, Stithton Baptist Church and a former member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Grace Atcher; brothers, Gerald Atcher, Nolte Atcher and Gene Atcher; and infant siblings, Alice Marie Atcher and James Richard Atcher.
Mr. Atcher is survived by his wife, Geneva Creason, Hodgenville; four sons and daughters-in-law and two daughters and sons-in-law, Alan (Vickie) Atcher, Bloomfield, Col. Andrew (currently serving in Iraq) (Lisa) Atcher, Jacksonville, Fla., Donna (W. Dale) Warren, Fayetteville, Ark., Don (Brenda) Creason, Elizabethtown, Larry (Kathy) Creason, Elizabethtown, and Barbara (Oran) Morton, Bardstown; a brother, Bob (Faye) Atcher, Vine Grove; two sisters, Patsy (Bill) Gerkins, Ekron, and Charlene Nall, Vine Grove; and 14 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held May 29, from the chapel of Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff, with the Rev. Doug Stillwell officiating. Burial was in the North Hardin Memorial Gardens in Radcliff.
