ROBERT W. CHRISTOPHER

Robert W. Christopher, 59, died June 28, 2010, at the University of Louisville Medical Center.

He was an Army veteran and was the director of sales and marketing for Liberty Engine Parts. In his personal life, he enjoyed boating at Lake Cumberland and was a BMW car and motorcycle enthusiast.

He also enjoyed remodeling and landscaping at his home in Meade County. He had an outgoing personality and many friends. He was well loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Newton J. and Hildegard Christopher.

Mr. Christopher is survived by his wife, Judith (Heil) Christopher; a son, Adam (Katie) Christopher; a daughter, Michelle Christopher; a brother, Steven (Suzanne) Christopher; and a stepgrandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. June 30, from the chapel of J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Grand Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Road. Cremation will follow.

Friends and family may call at the funeral home June 30 from 3 to 7 p.m.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Brown Cancer Center Bone Marrow Transplant.
